Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
The Promoter is Azura Consulting Pty Ltd herein referred to as the Promoter.
Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Promotion commences 1pm (AEST) Friday 26th February 2021 and closes 12pm (AEST) Friday 12th March 2021.
This give-away is a “Game of Chance” (lottery/sweepstakes) where the winner is drawn at random or wins by element of chance.
The promoter has utilised 3rd Party Management App that manages the giveaway and promotion to ensure transparency and the efficient and effective running of the give-away.
The winner is chosen by our 3rd Party App Software which selects a winner at random.
All information received by Azura Runway is kept strictly confidential. No information will be passed on, given or sold, to third parties. Your privacy is incredibly important to us.
Eligible entrants must:
a. Complete the online entry form at https://azuraunway.com.au
b. Comply with the T&C’s and all information entered must be valid, complete and accurate. Any invalid, incomplete or inaccurate entries will be automatically disqualified from the competition.
c. Agree to receive marketing communications from Azura Runway. You have the right to unsubscribe or un-follow at anytime.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of employment and residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
The prize consists of:
$500 Gift Voucher for Azura Runway products up to the value of $500.00 Australian Dollars and includes free shipping to the winner within Australia.
Total prize value is up to $500.00 AUD
Prize is not transferable to any other product and is not redeemable for cash or credit. Shipping is included to a valid Australian address.
The draw will take place at 12:00pm (EST) on Friday 26 February, 2021 and the first eligible winner will be announced via Facebook and email by 12.30pm (EST) on 12th March, 2021.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically register or enter is prohibited and will render all entries invalid.
