Thank you for shopping with Azura Runway. Every order is handled with care and precision to ensure your luxury items arrive quickly and safely. The following terms outline our global shipping process.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, dispatch times may extend slightly. If there is a significant delay, our team will contact you directly via email or phone with an update.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide using trusted global carriers: FedEx, DHL, SEKO Logistics, and SkyNet Worldwide Express.
All orders are fully trackable, and a shipment confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your parcel leaves our facility.
International Shipping & Customs
We ship to over 30 countries through our network of global distribution partners. Please note that import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may be charged upon delivery in your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are unable to mark orders as “gifts” or falsify customs documentation under any circumstances.
Tracking & Support
Once dispatched, your order can be tracked via the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. Tracking updates typically appear within 24 hours of dispatch.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
While every parcel is carefully packed and insured, Azura Runway is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit once handed to the carrier.
If your item arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact the carrier directly to lodge a claim. Our team will assist where possible to ensure a swift resolution.
